Since I started teaching back in 2007, I have taught many different types of group classes and workshops around NYC including classes at yoga studios, gyms, senior citizen centers, community centers, in corporate settings, and in-home private sessions. The first couple of years I taught part part-time and then I left my corporate job and taught full-time until the spring of 2017.

The types of classes have varied, in both content and approach, and I have worked extensively with beginner’s, various levels of experience, core-focused flow, management and prevention of injuries, pre and post-natal, restorative, yoga nidra, meditation, pranayama, practices complementary to other fitness regimes (i.e. running), and an NYC favorite, a focus on stress reduction.

At the present time, while I focus on other professional endeavors full-time, I am exclusively teaching private clients. I do hope to get back to teaching group classes soon as I deeply miss the community built with my students and the vibe of an awesome group class.
